Banking sector as a financial source for innovative projects and investing of small and medium business entities

The author of the article describes main issues of bank financing of innovative projects and investing of small and medium business entities in Russia. A special attention is given to the positive and negative changes at the market of bank services which have occurred lately. The author gives analysis of current conditions and finds the reasons why banks decline financing of businesses. As a conclusion, the author offers his own vision for solution of these problems.
